Atlas Codes is a solo AI consultancy and app studio operating atlascodes.ai. For anything in this policy, reach me at hello@atlascodes.ai.
Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It records aggregate, anonymous data (page, country, referrer, device type) using a hashed, non-persistent identifier. It does not store anything on your device, does not track you across sites, and cannot identify you. Because no cookies or personal identifiers are involved, no consent is required for it.
If you start a live chat, the conversation is handled by Chatwoot, a third-party support tool. Chatwoot sets a cookie so it can remember your conversation between visits without asking for an email address.
In the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland and Brazil the chat widget only loads after you accept the cookie banner. Decline and it never loads — you can change your mind anytime from the chat bubble or the button below. Anything you type into the chat (your message, and any contact details you choose to share) is processed by Chatwoot to answer you. See the Chatwoot privacy policy for how they handle it.
If you email me or book a call, I keep that correspondence to reply and to do the work we discuss. I don’t add you to any marketing list, and I don’t share it.
No selling or renting of your data. No advertising networks. No cross-site tracking pixels. No third-party cookies beyond the opt-in chat described above.
You can ask what data I hold about you, request a copy, or ask me to delete it — just email hello@atlascodes.ai. If you’re in the EU/UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
